Supply Policies

  • I provide disposable diapers, wipes, diaper cream, sunscreen, and bug spray for all of the children and that is reflected in my prices. I am also cloth diaper friendly and can either wash and keep them here or put them in a wet bag to send home. Whichever you prefer.
  • Please try to send extra clothes for your child but if you don’t, I have extras. My clothing is marked with a blue dot on the tag. Please be courteous and return anything that I send your child(ren) home in so I can help the next child in need.
  • Please send weather-appropriate articles of clothing for your child.
  • In the summer months, we do go out and play in the water a lot so be sure to send a swimsuit, water shoes, and anything else you feel is necessary for such activities. I do have extras but not always enough for everyone.
  • In the winter months, we do try to get outside as much as possible even if only for a few minutes so if you have a child of walking age or beyond, please send shoes, coats, hats, gloves, etc for your child to go outside. I do have extras but not always enough for everyone.
  • You are welcome to send pacifiers (no age restrictions), blankets, and lovies. I do have a system for keeping everything separate.
  • For older children, personal toys may be brought with the understanding that they are only to be played with upstairs during pickup and dropoff times and must go in the child’s backpack when we go downstairs for the day.

Note to all Parents/Caregivers: Please dress your children in play clothes or clothes that you don't mind if they get dirty because childhood is messy and with the Montessori method, we feel that sometimes getting messy is the most important part of learning and having fun. If for some reason you bring your child in clothing you don't want messy or dirty, please communicate that to me and I will dress them in a set of the Center's clothing that you will not be responsible for cleaning. Thank you!
