Policies regarding After Hours:

My official hours are: 7:00 am-5:30 pm 

No child is allowed to be in my care for longer than 10 hours in one day. This is a traditional rule in many daycares and it is an especially important one in the home daycare setting as most of the time, I am a single provider and in order to provide quality care for your child(ren) and not burn out, I need some off-hours as well.

In the event of an emergency, I will allow some variation to this rule, however, if there are more than 2 emergencies in one month, I will charge a late fee of double the family’s hourly rate beginning at the ten-hour mark.

*Emergencies include but are not limited to: hospitalization, vehicle accident, car trouble, traffic, or other true emergencies.
